"I have now been coming to Cities Edge for over a year and have always had excellent service and help. Even when I had an issue with saddle bags, they went to bat for me and made sure they were replaced and then installed properly. Alyssha is amazing at getting what you need and finding the best deal she can. The service department has always been great with diagnosing and fixing it properly and work with you as much as they can. Honestly feels more like a friend than just a customer." "I am a previous customer from a couple years back. We bought a used 2006 Arctic cat 400 from a third-party rep. There was no manual to go with it. Alyssha worked her but off researching operator and service manuals. She could’ve very easily blown me off and said sorry I can’t find anything. Instead, she found the manual and was able to get it to me after hitting roadblock after roadblock. She really went above and beyond and out of her way to help us when we weren’t even there to buy anything. She is a testament to dedication and perseverance. You could use 100 more employees just like her.
